The creation of ESC and SHS Voucher Program for School Year 2026–2027 in the ESC Information Management System (IMS) and the SHS VP Voucher Management System (VMS) is scheduled to begin on August 1, 2026. For the TSS Program, creation of billing statements shall commence on February 1, 2027.
This schedule provides schools sufficient time to prepare their learner records and supporting documents before billing opens.
