Official Invoice for GASTPE Payments

The Department of Education has informed the PEAC that all GASTPE participating schools are required to issue an official invoice for payments received in the ESC, SHS Voucher Program, and TSS Program. Furthermore, the clarificatory letter from DepEd mentions that all non-stock and non-profit educational institutions are not exempt from this requirement.

All GASTPE participating schools are reminded to register with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and comply with the invoicing requirements, including the issuance of duly registered invoices and the securing of authority to print to avoid delays in the processing of billing statements in SY 2026-2027.
