The following are the supporting documents required for uploading in the ESC Information Management System (IMS) and/or SHS Voucher Program Management System (VMS):

• Land Bank of the Philippines Bank Certificate (PDF)

• Official Invoice for previous school year payments (PDF)

• Notarized Board Resolution/Secretary's Certificate to the Designated Signatories of the Billing Statement (PDF)

• Schedule of Tuition and Other School Fees (PDF) (SHS VP only.)

• Summary of Official Invoices (PDF)

Aside from the supporting documents, schools must ensure that all learners are encoded in DepEd's Learner Information System (LIS).

Yes, schools are required to maintain two LBP accounts when participating in both ESC and SHS Voucher Program. For the SHS Voucher Program, schools are required to affix -SHS VP in their account name.

Is the STI1 or IMI printout from LBP required when submitting supporting documents prior to creating GASTPE billing statements?

No. Beginning SY 2026-2027, the STI1 or IMI1 printout from LBP is no longer required. However, schools are required to submit a copy of the LBP bank certificate issued by the branch where their accounts are maintained. Please ensure that the LBP bank certificate includes the account name and account number of your school.
