Reminders when Encoding TSS Recipients in the IMS-TSS

Prepare the following data for each TSS Recipient:

• Full Name
• Birthdate
• PRC License Number and Date of Issuance
• Highest Educational Attainment
• Subjects Taught
• Total Teaching Minutes per Week

Upload the following documents for each TSS Recipient:

• Photocopy of PRC License or Certificate of Rating
• Photocopy of Employment Contract
• Photocopy of Class Schedule
