Fixed Slots

Fixed slots are allocated to each ESC Participating JHS at the start of the school year.

• New ESC Participating JHS: 50 slots

• ESC Participating JHS that have billed ESC Grantees in the previous school year: The total utilized slots during the last school year shall be granted or 50 slots, whichever is higher.

Additional Slots

Additional slots are added to the fixed slots an ESC Participating JHS receives in the current school year. It is requested prior to the start of the school year through the ESC IMS. The PEAC endorses all requests to DepEd for approval. Approval of requests is dependent on availability of funds.
